A handpicked group of experts operating as Lily Nelson Limited Partnership have collaborated in the development of SugarTree.
The team is headed by Wayne Allen, a highly experienced, Auckland developer with many successful projects complete and others underway. Allen is assisted by Darren Brown who has a background in senior management, property, business and property finance.

The SugarTree grows through three development phases, from the planting of a tiny seed at the launch of the project, right through to an exciting, three building destination in 2018*.

The creation of a micro-community is complete in the first stage. The completion of the Centro building marks the second phase of development.
